Honoured to be awarded the winner of the Volcano de Invierno for having the best wave of the winter in Lanzarote

Will Davey: I have lived with my family on the island of Lanzarote in the Canaries since 1999. I regularly surf at all the reefs and beach breaks near home, striving to improve my surfing on a day to day basis. I enter as many local and inter-island competitions as possible for the experience as I aim to work my way through to the WQS. Since 2010, I have been competing in Great Britain on the UKProSurf Tour and became the Tour Under 16 champion 2011. I was privileged to be selected for the GB Team and to represent GB at the ISA World Junior Surf Championships in Panama 2012 and also in Nicaragua in 2013. In 2012 I won the Canarian Federation tour and became the Canary Islands Under 21 Champion. In addition I have competed in several ASP Pro Juniors across Europe to gain a European ranking.
